Terrible company. Hidden fees . Cost was double of that estimated. I suggest you use someone else.In addition - I responded to the below message to the ownerTheir employee left all the old parts and garbage in my basement. The process was way higher than quoted. There was a couriers" fee for parts that tool over two weeks to arrive and they tried to charge "travel time" from their premises to my house.Despite the written concerns below nobody bothered to call me back.Further reason not to use this company!"

Gio will lull you in with a promise of a year warranty on used items and an initial price that is very low. However with each and every item you purchase from him you really have to watch him because he will grossly over charge you if he thinks he can get away with it. That is his tactic and his con. I took him at his word and lost. HE HAS LOST MY TRUST AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN. I was burned a couple of times and have since found other much more reliable and trustworthy suppliers. Id say he's lost about $80,000 of business from me since then and much more as I expand. Buyer... beware!!!

I have used Gosal for our commercial coolers for the past 10 years. They are responsive, know how to do the work for the least cost, and give great advise on how to save money on your cooling costs. I have moved my business 3 times and every time they find ways to reuse my existing equipment in the new location. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I called them in December to come fix my furnace as the heat was on but was not blowing properly. They sent a technician that had no idea what he was doing. He not only didn't get the blower working, but he left me without any heat, which was very problematic considering my wife and I just had a newborn. When I called the company to complain and request a different tech, they sent the same tech back to my house. He took off my thermostat and couldn't figure out how to put it back on the wall. All the cords fell back in the wall and he broke my thermostat which resulted in me having to go buy a new one. Not only did I spend $250 on that service, but I had to replace my thermostat AND call a different company to fix my furnace. I called Norris Heating and he came over and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. Penguin plumbing and heating has inexperienced technicians, horrible customer service and overall I would rate them a 0/10.I've also tried calling them several times to discuss this matter and the service manager refuses to call me back. These guys are pathetic.

This morning I once again received their assistance for my dishwasher repair. The tech that intervened was very scrupulous and competent, with very nice manners. The repair was balanced with the choices to be made and was more than effective. The fair expense in relation to the performance. Good job.

I had a great experience with salesman Mike Maknamara. A piece of our equipment went down and we required a replacement asap. Mike went above and beyond in order to get it to us as fast as possible. They even followed up to confirm we had recieved the shipment. Great work Ifoodequipment.

The dishwasher was not operating correctly, and there was an excess of water. When John ran diagnostics, it was revealed that the issue was not a breakdown, but rather blocked pipes. John dismantled, cleaned, examined, and adjusted everything. Provided us with some recommendations and provided a discount. I absolutely like this approach towards a customer!
